Students from Klagenfurt are kindly requested to send their emails from their official student accounts (@edu.aau.at) as well as include an email subject and their matriculation number in all correspondence. If your request is for a specific lecture or course, please name it. Allow up to one week for answering.

Applicants are kindly requested send their documents as a single PDF file, which should include a cover letter, CV, list of courses and grades, and publications. Please do not send applications in parallel to several professors at our institute. Applicants to Lakeside Labs are kindly requested to send their mails to the applications address given above. Editors and research fellows asking for a review of a manuscript or for editing a special issue should note that my team and I are typically overloaded with review work. I receive at least two journal reviews requests per week. In general, I rather accept reviews and editorships in journals I also publish in.
